What am I using it for?

Eating. 

A sophisticated 70g chocolate bar crafted from rare Marañon heirloom cacao, infused with the distinctive character of Laphroaig peated single malt from Islay. The cacao nibs are steeped in whisky, allowing the spirit's complex smoky notes to permeate before controlled evaporation removes the alcohol, preserving the flavour complexity. The resulting nibs are then incorporated into dark Marañon chocolate, creating a refined pairing that balances the whisky's peat-forward profile with the cacao's natural depth and terroir-driven complexity.
