What am I using it for?

Crafted from Liga's innovative Beach Clean composite—a thoughtful fusion of natural cork and reclaimed EVA plastics—these coasters transform waste into functional design. The material delivers a supple, tactile surface whilst supporting circular economy principles. Each set of four is hand-matched for visual cohesion, though natural variation ensures genuine uniqueness. Presented in recycled paper packaging with zero plastic waste, they embody sustainable living. At 9 x 9 x 0.2 cm per coaster, they're practical for everyday use. Note: not heat-resistant due to plastic content. Cork's natural nine-year harvest cycle continuously sequesters carbon. Maintain with a simple damp cloth wipe.

Anything else I should know?

Due to the plastic mix these are not heat proof. The cork is naturally harvested from the tree every 9 years, cork continues to absorb Co2. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
