What am I using it for?

Japanese-style wooden ladle for ramen and noodle soups. Designed to dip into deep bowls and savour every drop of broth. The perfect companion for enjoying Asian cuisine at home. This ladle measures approximately 17.5cm along the handle with a spoon bowl of around 7.5x6cm. It is food safe and suitable for dishwasher cleaning, though hand washing is highly recommended to preserve the wood and extend its lifespan.
